Tracy’s marketing campaign for our home was done with such professionalism and tactical strategy, that it set us up to be able to get a feel for the current market and also be able to wait for the exact buyer that was supposed to purchase our home. From the beginning of the process when she absolutely set up an awesome assessment and analysis of what needed to be done to get the home ready to show (and by the way arranged and took care of everything; as I was still working and was doing this alone while my spouse was in TX taking care of things on that end) and held multiple open houses for neighbors and potential buyers to be patient and professional all the way through til the end when deadlines came up on me quickly and needed last-minute help two days before closing. For goodness sake people, this awesome professional actually arranged (from out of the country and on vacation) for someone to come haul all that I couldn’t get in my moving truck away the day before closing; all done on a moment's notice. I could go on and on about how awesome our experience was with Tracy. I’ll just sum it up like this.
